With over 72% women in its workforce, Shahi Exports makes International Women’s Day one of its largest annual celebrations. The 2025 edition was a company-wide initiative led by the Corporate Communications, Organisational Development and HR teams, spanning offices and factory units across locations.
The objective was to create a unified yet flexible visual system that could support diverse on-ground celebrations. While each unit and team organises activities based on their own context and interests, the need was to provide a consistent visual and messaging framework that could be easily adapted across formats and languages.
I was responsible for conceptualising and designing a range of collaterals, including pledges, banners, greeting cards, selfie booths and digital assets, resulting in cohesive campaign materials that reached over 100,000 employees. I successfully adapted all materials across seven languages—English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bangla, and Odia—increasing accessibility and relevance for our geographically diverse workforce.
This was also one of the first large-scale internal campaigns following Shahi’s rebrand. I translated the new visual identity into the campaign by developing gradient systems using secondary brand colours and integrating the ‘Spark’ motif as a central visual element. This extended into a supporting content series, “What’s Your Spark”, which highlighted employee stories of growth. I also introduced a set of neutral, collage-style line illustrations to represent women in a way that felt inclusive and adaptable across contexts.
