The 19-page Executive Summary was developed as a concise extension of Shahi’s Annual Sustainability Report FY23-24, designed for key external stakeholders, including brand partners, marketing teams and ESG/CSR teams.
I was responsible for translating the visual language of the full report into a shorter, more accessible format, ensuring that key information and metrics remained intact while improving readability and navigation. The challenge was to condense a detailed report into a format that could be quickly understood without losing depth or credibility.
The design focused on clear structuring, simplified layouts and selective data visualisation, allowing stakeholders to grasp key insights at a glance while still engaging with the broader narrative of Shahi’s sustainability efforts.
